Hi There Thanks for taking the time to visit my page, on the 12th may I will be stepping into the ring to box for the first time ever! The reason I'm doing this is to raise money for an amazing charity called tonic music for mental health. Most people i speak to in their own way have been affected by mental health whether that being themselves or loved ones and I know from my own experiences how damaging this can be to relationships with friends and family which is why I have chosen to challenge myself and raise money for this fantastic charity. I just ask you can donate whatever you can afford as even a little but of money can help impact on so many people's lives battling with mental health issues. TONIC music for mental health Tonic raises awareness and challenges the stigma often associated with mental illness through music and art based events. We organise music workshops, gigs, art groups, and community projects throughout the year for people experiencing mental health problems.
