Hi I’m Chris Hunt and I’m raising money for Promise Inclusion, my local charity in Wokingham and Bracknell that supports people with learning disabilities and their carers. 

I have chosen to work with this charity because they are doing great things for the people they care about and any awareness or help I can give them will be amazing. I am a former Royal Marines Commando and now Mental Performance Psychologist so doing something like this gets me very very excited. As part of this fundraising effort, I am going to create a video series with 3 tools in it for improving your mental state that everyone who donates can get access to, my little way of saying thanks.

Money raised from my challenge will go towards their adult social groups for people with learning disabilities. This will allow people with learning disabilities and/or autism access to social opportunities which will enrich their lives, including empowering them within their local community and ensures they have fun.
