This Saturday I will be walking from Groomsport to Holywood via Crawsfordsburn - a total of 16 miles. As well as this being a long way for a quinquagenarian to walk (look it up), it is also worth bearing in mind that I have had 2 knee operations and there is a real risk that my knees and/or feet might be a bit sore at the end of the walk. :)
Seriously, Angel Eyes is a great charity, that helps families of visually impaired children in Northern Ireland, and is really worth any cash you might give. Either donate via this page or the Angel Eyes event page.
