Hello! I'm completing my first Olympic-distance Triathlon this July at the ATW Hertfordshire & Middlesex Triathlon - and while doing that, raising money for Keen, a London-based charity I've been volunteering at for the past few months.
Keen's mission is to improve physical activity, social interaction and quality of life for children with disabilities in the London area - they're a great team and I'd love it if you could consider donating :)

About ATW Hertfordshire & Middlesex Triathlon
In 2023, we are excited to announce that both the Hertfordshire & Middlesex Triathlons will be run from Merchant Taylors' School, a stunning venue sitting on the Hertfordshire and Middlesex border with magnificent, picturesque grounds including manicured sports fields, lakes, wildlife and greenery. Swim in the most popular open-water venue inside the M25, and cycle a surprisingly rural route before enjoying a run around the picturesque grounds of this stunning school.
