Cornerstone Foodbank provides emergency food parcels for those most in need and who are referred in from local agencies. We provide non perishable food items to last about 3 days. People collect the food from us and we can refer onto other agencies/services where necessary; for example to help them with debt problems

living in the top 10% most deprived area means that many of our community members struggle to make ends meet, living below the poverty line. Parents go without meals and have to choose between eating and paying their utility bills. Rising fuel and living costs are making matters worse and we believe that no-one should have to go without the basic essential of food.

people will not have to go without food for 3 days and will be signposted to other support agencies to help them out of the situation which led to them not having sufficient money for food in the first place
