One to one CBT Counselling over a period of 6 weeks following referrals from local GP surgeries, Children's Services, Mental Health Team and the Probation Trust.

Within our area we have found there is very little provision for help with Anger Management, the service started from that remit but has grown to help with other issues. We have had no option but to charge for this service as funding has not been available. Bliss have tried to keep the cost of these session down to a minimum rate of £30 per session. Many people within the community are now left with no support and during this time of recession there is a greater need for this provision.
