On 13th Oct I'll be doing a Tough Mudder to raise money for Care & Repair as part of the Bucket List Challenge
Tough Mudder is something I've always wanted to do, but never had the bottle. So I'm taking the plunge (quite literally) by crawling under obstacles in the autumn mud, swinging across monkey bars, climbing 2 story cargo nets & 10ft 'hero' walls; all with next to no upper body strength
I'm fundraising for Care & Repair who passionately help older people to live independently in home that are safe & warm
- 140,000 pensioner home in Wales live in fuel poverty, unable to heat their homes adequately in winter
- 50% of people over 80 fall in their home
