Hello. My name is Chris
I am joining a team of 'would be athletes' to cycle 500 miles around the green fields of France from Bordeaux to Dax to Condom (yes there is a town called Condom) to Cahors to Bergerac back to Bordeaux. 500 miles in 5 days. Just one issue...I am not a cyclist...sorry two issues...I am recovering from a hip replacement last November 21. Can I hack it ? yes I can.
I am cycling for two very worthy causes: MKRUFC have a nominated charity partner for 2022 and this is Willen Hospice this charity is close to my heart as my dad spent a few days there towards the end of his life they were bloody amazing!!!...more about Willen here : Willen Hospice - End of life palliative care (willen-hospice.org.uk) and i am also doing it for my Milton Keynes Rugby Union Football Club (MKRUFC) which is a community amateur sports club that offers' sports for all'...
I am also cycling in memory of a close family member, who was taken from us just a few years back whom we miss dearly.... and also Debs Daly, one of the 'Kef Krew' who me miss equally.
Please help if you can with a donation of any size...big or small, according to your means.
