On the Sunday 1st October, I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money and awareness for the amazing charity - Music in Hospitals Wales.
Over the past few years, I have volunteered in many ways for the charity including organising performances at the Heath Hospital, Cardiff. This year, I decided to set myself a personal challenge of breaking through some of my own barriers by running a half marathon and what better way to do it than raising money for such a worthwhile charity! :)
