On 25 July 2015 I am hiking solo to the summit of Ben Nevis, the UK's highest mountain, in support of Carers Trust Thames - a charity that supports carers, and the people they care for.
I will be camping at the base of the mountain and will be self funding all travel and preparations for the hike.
