Myself and a group of colleagues from work are attempting to complete the National Three Peaks Challenge in May 2018.
The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours.
The three mountains are:
Ben Nevis, (1345m)
Scafell Pike, (978m)
Snowdon (1085m)
The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft).
If anyone wants to sponsor me, I am raising money for Berkshire Lowland Search & Rescue, the volunteer team that I am a member of.
The team are on-call 24/7, 365 days a year to assist Thames Valley Police with searches for High-risk and vulnerable Missing People.
My employer will match the funds I raise (up to £350), so every pound you donate will count double. All donations are greatly appreciated, and will go directly to the running costs of this small charity.
Thank You,
Dane
