Im doing parachute jump to help raise money for Headway Milton Keynes.
My names Dayne and I suffered a brain injury at age 23 in 2012. A ruptured brain aneurysm followed by a TIA "mini stroke". I spent 30 days in John Radcliffe hospital being operated on and recovering in ICU.
I had to do a lot of physio and phycological therapy sessions. I'm one of the lucky few to not only survive a brain trauma but to recover enough to help and work with other brain injury survivors as i share empathy with them.
Headway Milton Keynes is a charity dedicated to supporting those affected by brain injury. They do valuable work to assist clients to regain their independence and achieve their potential.
