I am taking part in a charity sky dive for Tonic Music for Mental Health. Aiming to raise £300+. I'm a firm believer in the power of music whatever genre you choose. Music is a great release for everyone and can certainly make a difference to your everyday life. Mental Health is just as important as your Physical Health but goes unnoticed because you can't see the trauma it causes.
