looking to take this opportunity to raise some funs for a charity based in Glasgow that can help kids and adults throughout our communities. I am competing in a Sprint Triathlon at the heads of Ayr on Sunday 14th August and have been training for some time now, all be it mostly during the week and alternative training at the weekends!!!
It makes sense to raise some money that will be donated to help all.
