I hate running! !!
The last time I ran that far was those horrible cross country events that P.E. teachers do when they couldn't be bothered delivering a lesson. .....BUT this is a really lovely charity that does wonderful things for older people, and lets face it non of us are getting any younger. So please sponsor me to weeze my way across the finish line for this amazing charity (See info below)

The Salfordian Hotel provides accessible and safe accommodation for those who need it and really makes a difference as without this facility there are people who may never take a break from home.
The trust supports guests who have a wide range of needs. Guests meet new friends during their stay and often these friendships are maintained when they return home.
In addition to the above, the Trust provides valuable respite facilities so that families know that their loved ones are well looked after during their stay.
Satisfaction rates run at over 98% and many guests return each year.
The Trustees work hard to continually maintain standards and improve services based on guest feedback. Every penny raised will go towards improving the guest facilities.
