The validation of the Christian Leadership Ministries 360-Degree Feedback Process Questionnaire (CLMQ) The CLMQ process supports Christian leaders understand, and then go on to enhance, the impact that their current leadership style and approach has on the congregational members at their place of worship and/or how inflencial they are in positively impacting and making a positive difference to people (whether Christians or non-Christians) in their local community.

A significant proportion of our community classifies itself as Christian and/or attend church at regular intervals. By enhancing the leadership skills and talent potential of leaders, officers and church workers, not only will our places of worship cater for and reflect the needs of the people who attend them, but we can encourage churches to positively engage in more community focused activities.

Following a positive leadership development experience for 15 leaders who sign up to go through Phase 1 of the project, at least 35 other leaders, from a number of different churches or christian organisations, agree to take part in Phase 2 of the project roll out. This would ensure that the CLMQ is appropriately validated as a Christian leaership develoment tool, providing case study support and recommendation to enable the CLMQ tool to be made available to churches and organisations UK-wide.
