Why they need our serviceThe MABL help line will provide a much needed facility which enable those affected by domestic abuse in Solihull to seek a ready source of advice and reassurance
Plan and expected resultsTo provide a high-quality service that potentially could handle an estimated 70* calls about Domestic Abuse a week. To inform the Solihull MBC Domestic Abuse Strategy to assist in reducing the numbers of victims and repeat victims. To create opportunities to work in partnerships with other third sector organisations and statutory agencies to provide a holistic approach to support those affected by Domestic Abuse. To gather data and information to help to identify gaps in services for victims.
