I am running the Castle Coombe Chilly 10 km on Sunday 18 November to raise money for the Brigstowe Project, a fantastic local HIV service supporting people in Bristol and the surrounding areas. Their vision is a world in which people living with HIV live long, healthy lives free of stigma, prejudice, poverty and discrimination.
I have never run in a timed race before, or run this far!
