Donna’s Charity SKydive

It’s been one of my bucket list to do a skydive, So I decided to do one and do it to help raise money for charity. I have chooses the Charity TONIC....Music for mental health. I choose this charity because being someone who suffers with anxiety, My release and escape is music ?, I love going to see lives shows and singing I know it’s can be my escape and it true what they say that music is what feelings sounds like sometimes you need the lyrics sometimes just the song. I also know others who have some kind of Mental health I have a younger brother who suffer badly with depression, I also know many others who deal with mental health from personal problems and some form of post traumatic stress. Mental health can make you feel isolated as it’s not a subject people like to talk about and open up as it’s can be seen as weakness. If you can find something that can help you and other then it’s will become more aware of the situation around us. I believe music is good for the soul and it can help in many forms and there is always a song that can help with a certain part of your life. “ Music....It has the power to make us smile, and bring us to all types of tears. It can carry us back in time,and inspire us to dance in the moment. For all our happiest days there is music” So please help me raise money for this charity..
