Hello..so like a numpty I fell over whilst out running earlier this year and tore a ligament in my knee, ending up with patellar tendonitis. It's taken a while to heal so I'm not doing the 10k this year but thought I would do the 5k for this great charity. Stripey Stork support children and parents experiencing hardship, examples include providing a musical instrument to a child in foster care, or baby clothes/equipment to a parent fleeing domestic violence.
