Door 2 Door can be used for: taking people to the shops, visiting friends/relations, day care facilities/luncheon clubs, private business, health related appointments where transport is not provided and social/recreational activities. There is a small fee for this service depending on mileage travelled.

The service is for anyone who needs help to get about providing that they are a resident of Newcastle Borough, experience mobility problems and therefore unable to use public transport - helping people to maintain an independent life style. Unfortunatley we cannot accomodate wheelchairs.
