This year I'm running the Great Manchester 10k, for the Salford Food Bank.
I have funded the run myself, so every penny goes to my charity.
In 2016 Salford gave out 3,929 three day emergency food supplies to Salford People in crisis in 2016.
1722 three day emergency food supplies given to children in 2016
85 local agencies that can refer people to the food bank.
