Team Fundraisers
This is the Kingston Charitable Foundation and Love Kingston biggest annual fundraiser for the year and each team member is out to raise at least £500, with just over three weeks to go, we are keen to smash the combined team target for this year of £8,000 (we raised over £6,000 last year with just one boat). The event means so much to KCF and our local community as the fundraising supports the grants that KCF gives to local people and their families, who we help directly through our essential grants programme. Our average grant is £750, which is awarded to charities and community groups who support those in our borough and who need it most, in tailored and meaningful ways. Last year, we awarded 47 grants, which directly benefitted over 24,900 local people. So if you are able to donate something then please do so, its local giving for our local area.
