Weekly 2 hour sessions were run from the summer and involved Inclusion Ventures staff and volunteers alongside outside drama and dance tuition. Our props and costumes were ingeniously resourced due to limited funds but hard work and thinking outside the box proved to be sufficient to enable a completed production.

Inclusion Ventures recently achieved putting on it's first ever drama production over the Christmas period of 2011. 'Cinderella' was a resounding success attracting an audience of over 100 members of the local community to witness the hard work and commitment of the young people who participated in this project. There was an after show buffet laid on and most in attendance stayed to chat and mingle with the stars of the show and each other culminating in a very positive and worthwhile evening.

Our young people are keen to continue with this drama group and we have received lots of interest from others not previously involved. The overall benefits are raised self esteem, building confidence, community contribution and essentially group work which ultimately enhances our young people's social skills and relationships.
