About

Following the UN's declaration of sixteen days of action against gender based violence, Durham Women's Association, HeForShe Durham, Durham Intersectional Feminism Society, It's Not OK Durham, Durham Student Halo Project, UN women UK Durham, Durham Women in Law, and college feminist societies have come together to create a University-wide campaign on the issue. As part of this campaign there will be several events over the course of 16 days aimed to raise awareness about, and tackle the issue.
Through the course of this campaign, we will be raising funds for Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling Centre (RSACC), which operates in County Durham and Darlington to support women who have experienced any form of sexual violence.
Note: you can donate online, or in person at any of our events
