Dyll is raising money for Men's Minds Matter in memory of a friend (and fellow cyclist) who sadly took his own life in 2024. As someone who has suffered from anxiety and depression for much of his life, Dyll understands the importance of such charities in providing help for those with mental health problems. In 2025 Dyll officially becomes a pensioner so to celebrate this and raise some money for causes dear to his heart Dyll has decided to ride the whole route of the 2025 Tour de France AND THE BITS IN BETWEEN THE STAGES Leaving his home town of Céret in the south of France he’ll join the Tour route at Montpellier - the start of stage 16 - and ride around the rest of the route (and the bits in between stages) from there to Carcassonne - the finish of stage 15 whence he’ll then ride back to Céret totalling some 6,500 kilometres and involving 80,000 metres of ascent. Riding continuously with no rest days Dyll is aiming to complete the challenge within 40 days - completely unsupported and carrying his own luggage. Your support will inspire him as he trains for and then (hopefully) completes this tough challenge. It is a cliché of course but like most clichés it is true: every penny you give will be much appreciated.
