About
I was diagnosed with sight loss at the age of 4, my parents had no support.  I overcame the challenges associated with this to become a teacher, retiring after 25 years.

I became Chair of the Board at Angel Eyes NI and am immensely proud of the work our charity does to support the families of blind and partially sighted children.  Having recently completed my 50th Park Run, my next challenge is to participate in the Belfast City Marathon Fun Run in May 2019 with my sighted guide Violet Davidson.  I hope to promote our charity whilst raising valuable funds for the services we deliver.  Thank you all for your support.
