I am running the Great North Run for the first time this year in aid of Escape Family Support. Escape Family support is a local charity based in Northumberland that provides invaluable support to vulnerable families who are experiencing problems with alcohol and drug addiction, domestic violence and child and adult safeguarding issues. Charitable donations make up a vital proportion of their yearly funds and that's why I'd be so grateful if you would sponsor me in my first half marathon to support such a great cause!
