Emma's Yorkshire Marathon for the Blurt Foundation
We all have mental health...our mental health can vary from day to day as our thoughts and feelings change and many people we know are living with diagnosable mental health conditions. Depression is a mental health condition that affects so many people, yet it is often misunderstood, not talked about, and some people even end their lives because of it. I believe that the Blurt Foundation is working positively to change this and that is why I have chosen to support their work by running the Yorkshire Marathon and fundraising for them. I will be doing this with support from my fellow humans but also from my soft toy monkey mascot, Cody. Thanks for taking the time to read our page.
