I'm running the London Marathon.I can't believe I just typed that. One year ago, I entered the ballot and low and behold I actually got a space. This is my second attempt at the London Marathon, my first was back in 2017 and an injury crept up on me, which made the last part of my training very painful. I'm raising money for Age Connects Torfaen, who provide essential services for older people living in Torfaen. Please help me to raise money to help them purchase a defibrillator.
I've set a target of £500 but won't stop fundraising efforts if I reach that target, which I want to, and with your help, I know can be smashed. Any donation is gratefully received and will give me an extra spring or two in my step come marathon day.

That's another long run in the bag, but this time I could enjoy the scenery, rather than pound the streets of Newport.
