The Escape Accumalator

I'm taking on the sporting accumulator this year to raise money for Escape Arts. Instead of one small challenge I decided to do three of them. Even more reason for you to sponsor me..... Lakesman Half Ironman - 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and a half marathon. Isoman - 1.75 mile Swim, 61.3 mile bike ride and 13.1 mile run Long Course Weekend Wales - 2.4 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride (if i'm mad I might even do the 112 mile ride), then 26.2 mile run over a weekend. That's a total of 231 race miles covered in 1 month . You could sponsor me per event, per mile or as a total depending on if you believe I can do them all. £10 will buy art materials for a community arts projects £25 contributes to a support worker providing one-one support £35 contributes towards paying for a professional artist each week Escape is an amazing place, giving volunteers and participants a place they feel safe and more importantly can have lots of fun. I've seen first hand how much people love the charity and without crucial funding and sponsorship they would be unable to continue the work they do. So please give generously......
