Some might say it's a mid-life crisis but I've decided to take on a challenge: having only run short distances since having children 17 years ago, I'm going to do the Royal Parks half-marathon in October 2024 to raise money for Space.
Since discovering that I have a child with autism and ADHD, I've used a couple of fantastic Hertfordshire charities for support and to learn more about these conditions, and Space is one of these charities. Its work is invaluable and essential in supporting families with neurodivergent children, and I hope you'll give what you can to help them continue their work.
