Why they need our serviceMore than ever before women are dying of alcohol related diseases. 84% of women will experience some kind of physical,mental or sexual abuse from someone known to them Mental illness in women is on the increase in this country, including self harming,eating disorders, personality disorders, depression, and addictions Oxfordshire was in the top ten for teenage pregnancies last year.50% of population are women,they make up 70% of our health workers and 83% of our retail workers,and look after kids
Plan and expected resultsThe benefit of our project is that we are able to offer a person centred service which means that individuals receive as much or as little support as required for as long as required.As well as reducing the pressure on local service. Because of the wide range of support that we are able to provide, we are able to reduce the number of services that these women would have to access and therefore reducing the stress and anxiety to these women.
