I used to think I knew what a panic attack was. Even thinking I could try to understand when people described their feelings of one in my counselling room. Then back in 2017 I experienced panic every time I went for a run. So, I stopped running. Now I have decided to feel the fear and do it anyway. By trying to understand what my body is telling me, through compassion and really working through the fear I am running again. 
I have signed up for the Sheffield Half Marathon! 
Not only will this be a massive personal achievement I would like to raise funds for a charity called We R Here. Funding for counselling sessions is so needed and this charity helps families who have experienced domestic violence, grief and abuse. Please donate.
