KEEN London is a charity very close to my heart. They do an amazing job at providing free one-to-one support at sports and activity sessions for children with additional needs or disabilities.
I've had the chance to volunteer in their weekly sessions and fundraising events and have seen first hand children grow and develop their skills throughout the sessions. It's an amazing charity with a great purpose so I'm running the inflatable 5K in St. Albans to raise money to support their awesome work
