Fifty!

Yes, I will be celebrating my 50th on July 8th! One minute I'm tripping through life feeling like I'll be forever young and the next I'm looking for unwanted whiskers and a bit more reticent to sneeze! What's going on? And like any milestone it's a great time to reflect. What I realise as I approach 50 is how bloody lucky I am. A roof over my head, food to eat, clean water to drink, a lovely family and great friends. I have what I need! And so many don't. So, my lovelies, if you were thinking about buying me a gift, can I ask you to reconsider? Would you be so kind as to donate to a local homeless charity instead? St Petroc's Society is a Cornish charity and runs Breadline in Penzance, as well as offering other great support for the vulnerable and homeless across Cornwall.
