4 x 4 x 48 challenge - Finlay Braddick

I have suffered with mental health issues for a large majority of my life, and i went majority of that time suffering in silence, only recently i decided to get help and i have made tremendous change in my mental health and am now proud to say i am the best i have been in a very long time, living with poor mental health has helped shape me in to the person i am today and has made me even more ambitious to reach my goals in life that i want to achieve, so therefore wouldn't change a thing that i have been through!

 I think the reasoning behind why it took me so long to get help and accept the help i deserved was because of the stigma around men's mental health and the lack of awareness behind it all so guys like me don't feel like they are alone in their struggles in order to fit the criteria of societies image of a "man".

The reasoning behind this fundraiser is to help raise money for Mid and North Powys Mind so people like me can get the help they need and thoroughly deserve whether you are male, female or anything in between. 

I will be taking part in the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge where i will be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours straight. This will be a true test in not only my endurance physically but also mentally. It would mean so much to me that you could donate and sponsor me and help me hit my target and share this fundraising page to your family and friends so as many people as possible can be helped as a result of this fundraiser!
