SPONSORED DANCE
The 1st North Petherton Brownies have decided to take up the challenge of a SPONSORED DANCE on Thursday 28 NOVEMBER, 2013 at North Petherton Community Centre!! in order to raise money for The CONQUEST EQUESTRIAN CENTRE, near Norton Fitwarren.
The Girls will be dancing in FANCY DRESS (optional) for HALF AN HOUR NON STOP. We would like to ask all Parents, family and friends to support them in their venture by sponsoring them to dance. ALL FAMILY ,FRIENDS AND BROWNIE LEADERS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN IN WITH THE DANCING AND FANCY DRESS IF THEY WISH!
Last term the Brownies successfully completed their friend to animals badge and this term they are all working towards their healthy heart badge, so it was decided a sponsored dance to raise money for Conquest Equestrian Centre would be a good idea. The centre specialises in activities with horses for people with disabilities. We have arranged a visit to the Centre (transport arranged) on Thursday 12 December, 2013 , so the girls can meet some of the horses and helpers.
