Team Fundraisers
We are looking to crowdfund for First Aid training for our volunteers. We are grateful that our current volunteering team includes paramedics, doctors and nurses, their skills are invaluable in keeping our clients safe. But they are not available every evening, and we want to facilitate first aid training for as many of our volunteers as possible in order to keep our clients safe. We work with many vulnerable people, some of whom have complex health conditions, or are involved in substance misuse. By offering first aid training to all our volunteers we hope to continue supporting our clients and being able to deal quickly and professionally with any emergencies which may arise. Your donations will directly go to funding training for our volunteers. Should we raise funds over and above what is required for this, these will be used to fund our day to day operations supporting and feeding the homeless and vulnerable in Barnsley.
