For my birthday this year, I’m hosting a virtual charity fundraiser on Zoom. Let's help keep disabled children dancing during lockdown!
The coronavirus pandemic has seen a surge for Flamingo Chicks’ work but at a time where its traditional fundraising has either stopped or become very limited. Even in ‘normal times’ 65% of families with disabled children report feeling isolated, and we know Covid-19 is taking a huge toll.
Flamingo Chicks new virtual classes have been a great success with 40,000 views and families reporting they are a life-line, making them feel part of a community again.
