Im going to put my 53 year old legs to the test, by running the half marathon at the Bedford Running fest. I'm asking that people help me raise funds for Living it up, which is a charity that was set up in 2009 by some inspirational people from Bedford, and is close to my heart ❤️, as I used to volunteer with them as a student social worker. It gives adults, with complex needs, their rights to have fun, make memories and be fully included in society, but most importantly, a life they deserve.
