My birthday is coming up on 8th January, but sadly in the current circumstances, I can't go down the pub to celebrate with you all. This does however mean for you, you're spared the effort of having to leave your house, put clothes on, pretend you like me whilst I slip into an oversharing and political ranting mess, but most importantly, you're spared the yearly financial outgoing of buying me a pint.
I know this is a difficult time of year for all of us, but if you have a bit of cash spare, I would love it if you would donate the money you would usually spend buying me a celebratory drink to Cardiff Foodbank instead.
Cardiff Foodbank supports over 1000 people every month who are in food crisis.
