The Care Division's very own Helen Spencer (Operations Director) and Kelly Woodward (Registered Manager)take to the sky (and then fall through it) on 14th June 2014 in support of the Friendship Club! The parachute jump takes place at Old Sarum, Salisbury at around 10am - but you'll probably hear their screams all the way along the South coast. The Friendship Club, run by People First Dorset, organises social events open to all people with learning difficulties and helps get them out having fun, meeting new people and enjoying new experiences. We can't think of a better cause to hopefully make a whole load of money for, and your donations will go towards opening up a range of new activities and opportunities for those with learning disabilities - the heart of what we do at The Care Division. If you haven't checked them out before, head to their website to see how you can join in: http://peoplefirstdorset.org.uk/join-in/friendship-club/ To ensure that your donation is set aside for the Friendship Club, can you please put in the comments section "For Friendship Club" when you click to make your donation. Any donation you are able to spare will be greatly appreciated, and you can make it go even further by remembering to tick the Gift Aid declarations when you donate to ensure that Friendship Club receives an extra 25% more. If you want to come along to watch us make the leap, it would be great to see you there on June 14th. Did we mention Helen is scared of heights?!!! Best wishes and thank you for your support Helen & Kelly and all of us at The Care Division ps - In order to donate, if you do not already have an account with localgiving.com you will just need to sign up - all you need to provide is your name and e-mail address to get going.
