🌟 Our Story
The Ministry of Empowerment (MoE) was founded with a clear purpose: to encourage, uplift, and empower women, particularly those overcoming adversity such as domestic abuse, isolation, and trauma. What began as a women-only initiative has evolved into a broader mission. Today, we are proud to say that men and children are also being empowered through our work—reminding us that healing and growth know no age or gender boundaries.
From inspirational retreats and gospel choir rehearsals to virtual workshops and community brunches, the Ministry of Empowerment has become a safe space for people from all walks of life to connect, reflect, and rebuild.
🎯 Our Goals
Our current fundraising aims to:
Expand Access
Provide free or subsidized access to our programmes for individuals and families in need—including single parents, carers, and those facing financial hardship.
Support the Whole Family
Develop initiatives that support not just women, but also men and children, with tailored sessions that build confidence, emotional resilience, and spiritual wellbeing.
Strengthen Our Virtual Community
Relaunch and expand our Virtual Community Gospel Choir, supporting those dealing with isolation or mental health struggles—regardless of gender or background.
Promote Health & Wellbeing
Host retreats and events like ‘Mind Matters’ and ‘Still Standing’, which provide vital mental, emotional, and spiritual care.
Empower Through Education
