Hi All
Some of you may be aware that I'm a big supporter of Tower Hamlets Friends and Neighbours (THFN), of which my wife Amanda is a trustee.
THFN provides befriending and advocacy services to residents in the Tower Hamlets who need assistance, especially those who are elderly or immobile.
2017 marks the 70th year of service and they need your support to see them through to their 71st birthday!
To help raise funds for THFN, we have decided to run the Vitality London 10000 on 29 May.
10km may not sound that far to some people, but all funds raised will go much further than that by helping their clients, many of whom are housebound.
Please help them to stay alive and kicking by supporting our 10km run through the streets of London!
