Gabriel is taking part in a 5 mile scoot for Keynsham Mencap & he’d really like your sponsorship. Gabriel has attended a club run by Keynsham Mencap for the last 5 years and he really enjoys going every week. It is one of the only places that Gabriel attends where he can truly be himself and he feels no pressure to join in or to try and modify who he is, he is accepted for who he is. Each week they have different activities or trips arranged, these have included a boat trip, flip out, painting bird boxes at willsbridge mill, a water slide, a science night, movie night and city farm just to name a few. In 5 years Gabriel has never not wanted to go to club, he really does love it. I also benefit from it as for that time each week I get to socialise with other parents do ta nice to just be able to sit & chat without worrying about what Gabriel is doing.
