We are doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on Sunday 30th June to raise funds for the young care leavers at our Group Living Services.
Group Living works with 16-18 year old young people who are homeless due to not having a permanent address and we have 20 across 2 hostels in Bradford. We also work with a lot of CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation) cases and county lines, but due to financial restraints, often struggle to give them the experience they need to move on from negative influences or breakaway from risky behaviour.
The young people rarely get to experience days out or activities enjoyed by others their own age. Therefore fundraising is one thing we do in order to provide these experiences.
Every penny counts and we would really appreciate any donations that you can give, as it would make a massive difference to the lives of the young people we work with.
We would love to be able to make more of a difference in their lives by being able to offer trips out and activities, which as a result will give them lifelong memories.
Thank you for your support,
Dave & Paul - Group Living Service Managers
Well done all of you
