Tough Mums Challenge

I will be one of the 100 Good Morning Britain Tough Mums taking part in the assault course created by Tough Mudder on Wednesday May 18th in Grantham. I will also be joined by the GMB presenters including Ben Sheppard, Susannah Reid, and Kate Garraway on the course which is 5km and involves 10 obstacles. After 6 weeks of training with Dan McCormack at TWS Fitzone I am feeling physically and mentally ready to take on this challenge! My other motivation to complete the course successfully is my true inspiration, my autistic son Harry whose 5th birthday is actually on the day of the challenge!
