Hi Chaps!
Just a heads up that I am once again taking part in the Great North Run this year. I'm on the look out for as many sponsors as I can manage. I am also running for the Northumberland based charity Escape Family Support.
Any funds raised would be highly appreciated and would go towards helping others in the local community.
