I am doing a zip-wire challenge which consists of travelling to Snowdonia and flying from a 500ft drop at 100mph through the air. Although the act of this activity does not require any stamina or strenuous effort apart from the fact that I like to travel and cycle down hills very fast. The cause which I am representing does however require perseverance stamina and effort. The money which I raise will be used help The Ciaran Bingham Foundation. This is a local community charity which has gained local public knowledge relatively quickly. The foundation works at bringing elderly and isolated members of the community together at weekends, evenings and bank holidays. It is through the popularity of the lunch club, annual fundraiser and seasonal parties that makes these events so successful in building friendships. They have also forged links with nearly every charity and public organisation in the south Leeds, to help streamline service delivery. They have also won two community awards in the past two years; White Rose award and Hamara community award.
Please give as much or as little as you can. All money will go towards providing extra help for the foundation to provide support to community, by the community.
